Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Cash Management Credit Balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the revenue cycle department and collaborates with management on planning and compliance
• Evaluates service needs and adjusts staffing levels while managing human resource functions
• Partners with the department director to drive quality and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Five (5) years of experience in Revenue Cycle Claims, billing, and Insurance follow-up
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• HFMA Certification is preferred
