Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to enhance onboarding and training programs for sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building scalable onboarding programs to improve new hire productivity
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop targeted training programs addressing knowledge gaps
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs using key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Instructional Design, Communications, Education, or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Learning & Development roles
- Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning theory
- Experience with sales methodologies and supporting their rollout
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-learning tools
