Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Operations to oversee and optimize revenue processes to support strategic goals and drive efficiency across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute revenue strategies, including forecasting and budgeting
- Leverage data to provide insights into revenue drivers and performance metrics, creating dashboards and reports
- Evaluate and improve existing processes, implementing tools that support revenue operations and enhance sales productivity
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or sales enablement
- Proven track record of supporting revenue growth in companies with $50M+ in revenue
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM and revenue operations tools, specifically Salesforce
- Experience with revenue performance metrics and KPIs, including sales targets and forecasting accuracy
