Job Summary
A company is looking for a Capital Markets Director, Institutional Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with institutions to grow Prosper's funding base
- Design and implement proactive sales strategies, meeting targets for revenue and client engagement
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to transaction execution, including structuring and negotiating capital market transactions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in institutional relationship management and transaction oversight
- Deep industry knowledge of marketplace lending and investment products
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Existing relationships with banks, insurance companies, or asset management clients
- BA/BS in a related field; MBA/CFA is preferred
