Job Summary
A company is looking for a SaaS Account Manager (Renewals & Expansion).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive renewals for SaaS products and services
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business within existing accounts
- Manage customer relationships and collaborate with sales teams for a comprehensive sales approach
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in cloud-based/SaaS solutions
- Experience in the Federal/DoD space is preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle's products, including Sales, Marketing, Service Automation, HCM, or ERP, is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage complex sales processes
- Strong organizational skills for accurate sales forecasting and account management
