Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage automated outbound prospecting cadences to generate qualified meetings
- Evaluate automation options and maintain data hygiene for effective outreach
- Develop dashboards and reporting to track campaign metrics and optimize performance
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Development, or Marketing Operations
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Familiarity with sales automation platforms powered by Generative AI is a plus
- Experience in a B2B technology or data-focused company is highly desirable
- Strong project management and organizational skills
