Required Qualifications
- 4 years of SDR/sales experience, preferably within SaaS
- 2 years of experience leading an SDR team of 10+, with global responsibility preferred
- Proven track record of scaling and managing SDR teams to achieve pipeline generation objectives
- Experience defining processes and building playbooks in a fast-growing company
- Expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach)
