Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor a team of 6-12 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Analyze conversion metrics and provide ongoing coaching to improve team effectiveness
- Utilize advanced leadership techniques to help representatives achieve their quotas
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR or SDR team lead
- Solid project management and business development skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com and sales enablement platforms
- SaaS and/or FinTech experience is preferred
- Effective communicator and sales coach
