A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead a consultative outreach team focused on creating organic engagement and enhancing intent through strategic marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and coach a team of Sales Development Reps
- Develop sales, product, and industry skills through coaching and demonstrating sales fundamentals
- Regularly report on team and individual results, forecast pipeline, and booking targets
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or 4 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years in the software sales space as an SDR Manager with a history of overachieving targets
- Proven track record in driving pipeline growth
- Experience managing and improving Sales Development Goals
- Strong understanding of the importance of automation and personalization in outreach
