A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls and setting appointments for the sales team
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and maintain accurate records of prospecting activities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize growth and ensure alignment on messaging and strategies
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or appointment setting, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRMs for tracking and prospecting
- Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven ability to self-manage daily sales tasks and quota attainment
- Excellent prospecting and telephone sales abilities
