Job Summary
A company is looking for an RVP, Signature Success Plan Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive bookings and exceed ACV targets to grow the Success Plan business
- Create and communicate a Success Plan sales strategy in collaboration with core sales teams
- Develop and lead a high-performing Success Plan Sales team through recruitment and coaching
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading a high growth $1B+ portfolio of sales focused on Enterprise customers
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales representatives
- Proven leadership skills to develop and motivate sales managers
- Experience in managing a services and support sales organization
- Prior experience in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
