A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and the broader organization to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Automate processes within the sales organization and support Sales Engineers with customer-related activities
- Monitor logistics issues and optimize the CRM database to support sales efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience or a passion for customer service, sales support, or analytics, preferably in manufacturing or metal cutting
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM (Dynamics 365), Power BI, and Office 365 Co-Pilot
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve problems quickly
- An associate degree or equivalent business experience
