Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Sales Enablement or GTM Enablement roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience in designing adult learning experiences and certification programs
- Hands-on experience with Highspot or similar platforms
- Familiarity with system integrations like Salesforce and best practices in content taxonomy
- Data-driven mindset focused on measurable revenue outcomes
