Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enablement Lead, GTM.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead onboarding and ramp programs for Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Partner Development Representatives (PDRs)
- Conduct ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance rep performance and confidence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on messaging and support sales readiness
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Enablement, Sales Coaching, or a related GTM role
- Proven experience in building or scaling enablement programs for pipeline-generating teams
- Experience in delivering live training and coaching feedback
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like BANT, MEDDICC, or Consultative Selling
- Proficiency with tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and LMS platforms like Canvas
