Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Lead, GTM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead onboarding and ramp programs for Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Partner Development Representatives (PDRs)
  • Conduct ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance rep performance and confidence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on messaging and support sales readiness
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Enablement, Sales Coaching, or a related GTM role
  • Proven experience in building or scaling enablement programs for pipeline-generating teams
  • Experience in delivering live training and coaching feedback
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like BANT, MEDDICC, or Consultative Selling
  • Proficiency with tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and LMS platforms like Canvas
