Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Data Observability GTM.
Key Responsibilities
- Own individual pipeline and mentor 1-3 AEs as the team scales
- Define sales strategy for a technical, high-value SaaS platform
- Lead sales efforts in verticals such as finance, healthcare, and e-commerce
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years managing quota-carrying SaaS AEs (bonus if previously an AE/SE)
- Deep familiarity with data infrastructure, observability, and cloud tooling
- Prior experience in early-stage or high-growth GTM environments
- Ability to recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization
