- Conduct sales meetings, deliver ongoing training, and collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of proven sales management experience, preferably in in-home sales
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to train, coach, and develop team members
- Strong planning and goal-setting skills
