Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to develop territory models and quota frameworks
- Analyze historical sales data to recommend territory design and quota allocation decisions
- Develop scalable processes and tools for ongoing territory management and quota setting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales Operations, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of international territory planning and quota allocation experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, territory planning, or sales strategy roles
- Minimum 3 years of territory design and quota setting experience with both direct and indirect sales approaches
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
