Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst (Contract to Hire).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of variable compensation plans and ensure timely processing
- Partner with departments to collect data for the commission platform and perform data entry
- Provide general support for the sales team and assist the A/P and Sales Operations teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related discipline
- Proficient in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and data tables
- Basic SQL skills and confidence in analyzing large data sets
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Background in Sales Operations, finance, or Business Planning is preferred
