A company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Global Account Management and Channel Sales through order execution, fulfillment processing, and record maintenance
- Coordinate meetings, facilitate internal communication, and follow up on activities while compiling and analyzing reports
- Collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales operations and/or customer success experience in a complex sales environment
- Proficiency in CRM, especially in account management business processes
- Experience with sales automation tools and platforms
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and project tools
