Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable sales processes and workflows across the sales funnel
- Manage and optimize CRM data accuracy and deliver actionable sales reports and dashboards
- Analyze customer lifecycle data to recommend strategies for maximizing customer lifetime value
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales support or enablement role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Analytics; Tableau experience is a plus
- Experience in gathering and analyzing revenue-related KPIs
- Understanding of post closed-won processes and finance terminology
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a revenue-focused outlook
