Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain commission plans for B2C sales teams

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations or business operations, with at least 2 years managing B2C sales compensation plans
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and sales performance tools
- Experience with CRM administration and compensation software platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
