Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will support the team in building tools and systems for industrial-scale molecular biology research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with processing orders, including cancellations and payment completion
• Enter and review sales orders for accuracy and communicate order acknowledgments to customers
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to address inquiries and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations or marketing operations
• Proficiency in Excel is required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
