Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive account growth strategies to maximize revenue from existing client relationships
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers, providing coaching and development opportunities
- Oversee client relationship management and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales experience in the software or SaaS industry, preferably in education or transportation
- 5+ years in a sales leadership role managing people managers
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
