Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Sales to lead and refine their account management strategy and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account growth strategies to maximize revenue from existing client relationships
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Oversee client relationship management and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the software or SaaS industry, preferably in education or transportation
  • 5+ years in a sales leadership role managing people managers
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
