Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who will work with customers and internal teams to implement Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements
• Develop user stories and process flows to support Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions meet business requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce configuration
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration
• Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization
• Experience working in SDLC and testing and validating solutions
• Good understanding of Sales, Service, Community, Apttus, and App Cloud
