Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of SAP HCM in managing daily operations and system configurations
- Research and resolve issues related to SAP HCM functionalities and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with HR partners to develop reports, documentation, and training materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Two years of SAP or HR/payroll system experience as an alternative to a bachelor's degree
- Ability to work independently and lead training sessions
- Analytical skills to interpret user needs for system enhancements
