Job Summary
A company is looking for a SEM Director to lead paid search efforts and drive performance in the home services and lead generation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the SEM strategy across various platforms, testing and scaling new channels
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, including keyword strategy, copywriting, and performance optimization
- Act as a client-facing expert, managing expectations and building long-term trust
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of paid search experience with at least 6 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success managing multi-channel, high-budget SEM campaigns
- Deep experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and associated tech stacks
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance reporting
