A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer relationship to ensure retention, renewal, and upselling of products
- Conduct proactive discovery conversations to identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and support customer understanding of the product roadmap
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in a closing sales role
- Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and growing existing accounts
- Strong SaaS, Technical, and Commercial acumen
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- Experience with Salesforce.com and working in a Virtual First environment
