Senior Accountant with CPA License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals while overseeing processes such as revenue cycle and payroll
• Execute client compliance and maintain internal controls, preparing necessary compliance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager and 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and knowledge of other accounting software like Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite
• Proven experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
• Deep understanding of complex revenue recognition and payroll management
