Senior Actuarial Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Associate II.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently review and validate models, including documentation and risk evaluation
• Identify key issues in model design and governance to enhance risk management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support model governance through risk-based reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, computer science, finance, mathematics, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling background with advanced experience in Excel and VBA
• Experience with actuarial modeling software such as Prophet or similar
• Actuarial credentials highly desired
• Familiarity with VM-20 and pre-PBR life valuation guidance is a plus
