Director of Investor Relations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with corporate goals
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and the investment community
• Prepare key investor messages, earnings calls, and investor presentations while maintaining strong relationships with investors and analysts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a senior IR or leadership role
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, SEC regulations, and capital markets
• Proven ability to interact with C-level executives and institutional investors
• Experience in publicly traded companies, ideally in the TMT sector
