Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator Complaint Appeals Operations - Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex appeal scenarios, coordinating responses from multiple business units
- Research and analyze incoming electronic appeals, ensuring proper routing and identification of trends
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to staff and coordinating efforts across departments
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in reading or researching benefit language in SPDs or COCs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments accurately and efficiently
- Experience documenting workflows and reengineering efforts
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in Medicare part C Appeals is preferred
