Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Application Engineer to provide advanced technical support and administration of Microsoft 365 applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Microsoft 365 applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
- Administers and optimizes Teams Voice and manages SharePoint Online site collections and permissions
- Collaborates with vendors and Microsoft Support for issue resolution and assists in migrations and deployments of Microsoft 365 services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline; or equivalent experience
- In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
- Experience with Teams Voice administration, including Direct Routing and Call Queues
