A company is looking for a Revenue Operations - Senior Associate to support and advise leadership in Post-Sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strategy and operations to scale Customer Success and Professional Services teams
- Identify metrics and improve efficiency within Customer Success and Professional Services organizations
- Implement and optimize platforms and tooling, including AI and automation, for operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with Customer Success Management Systems is a plus
- Ability to manage projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
