Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements sessions and document business requirements for project systems
• Support compliance tracking and monitoring activities for federal compliance
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions to meet client objectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of health/human/social services IT project management experience
• Minimum 4 years of project requirements management experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading and training teams of 3 or more
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and Agile methodologies
