Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve complicated client inquiries, collaborating with management and cross-functional departments
- Analyze escalations to identify root causes and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting
- Generate and analyze weekly trending reports to inform management about issues and potential solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficient understanding of Hospital Revenue Cycle Services
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a call center environment and handle high productivity standards
