Key Responsibilities
- Answers telephones and responds to customer inquiries or forwards calls appropriately
- Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail while maintaining accurate account history
- Reviews client reports for data integrity and recommends modifications to procedures as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Four or more years of customer service or telephone experience
- Experience with organizational functions and personnel
- Experience with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
- Skilled in the use of help desk software
