A company is looking for a Sr. Cloud Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support and escalation cases
- Communicate status updates regularly to customers and collaborate with various teams
- Develop and implement proactive plans to address customer needs and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in supporting large enterprise customers
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and advanced network security technologies
- Experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX/Linux and Windows
- Demonstrable troubleshooting experience across networking and security technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
