Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Content Operations Specialist who will serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers in optimizing content operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult and advise enterprise customers on content models, governance strategies, and workflows
- Design and recommend scalable content operations strategies based on current processes and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions and support customer adoption of best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content operations, digital content strategy, or content systems consulting, preferably in an enterprise or SaaS context
- Deep experience in designing and optimizing content workflows and governance models
- Familiarity with modern content platforms and structured content architecture
- Experience with CMSs, DAMs, and headless architectures; experience with similar platforms is a bonus
- Ability to work effectively in client-facing and consultative roles
