Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of contracts, monitor invoices/budgets, and mitigate cost overruns
- Ensure compliance with government contracting requirements and support project managers with contractual guidance
- Analyze, prepare, and negotiate various contractual agreements while developing strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field plus a minimum of 12 years of related work experience, or 16+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience managing government contracts and subcontracts under FAR, DFAR, and other agency supplements
- Experience preparing and finalizing contracts, including conducting negotiations and managing closeouts
- Experience interfacing with all levels of project teams and corporate organizations
- Experience with proposal responses to RFPs and participating in contract pre-award meetings
