Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or content marketing within B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to craft compelling customer narratives that align with marketing goals
- Exceptional project management skills with experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Experience with AI-powered storytelling tools is a plus
