Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Lead customer meetings and monitor account health to ensure continued adoption and alignment with customer objectives
- Mentor Customer Success Managers and lead initiatives for team growth and change
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and the ability to map business requirements to product capabilities
- Technical knowledge of relevant products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Professional proficiency in English and Hebrew, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
