Job Summary
A company is looking for a COBRA Employer Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day COBRA administration for Employers and Partners
- Respond to inbound inquiries and manage the annual renewal process
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience with COBRA administration and related tools is a plus
- Willingness to work specified hours, including possible holidays and overtime
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Familiarity with Employer Group's Plan designs and File Schedules
- Ability to maintain compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other regulations
