Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Patient Engagement Representative-Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound support for patient acquisition and retention strategies through various communication channels
- Accurately determine eligibility for care coordination and service line navigation, and provide physician referrals as needed
- Document and refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments while maintaining quality measures and productivity levels
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience required
- Telephone/call center experience required
- Working knowledge of Windows-based computer environment required
- Preferred: Two years of college education
