Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for remote work in the CST Timezone.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls for prior authorizations and resolve formulary and benefit issues
- Process prior authorization requests through various computer systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Document interactions with callers and resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active National (PTCB) and/or State Board of Pharmacy Technician Licensure
- 6+ months of customer service experience with healthcare professionals
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
- High School Diploma or GED
