Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and manage calls according to established performance standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or customer service
  • Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 90% accuracy
  • Availability for full-time training for 4 weeks
  • Must reside within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri
