Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with patients regarding repayment of medical debt and provide customer service to resolve account balances
  • Profile patients, obtain financial information, and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with client standards and federal regulations while maintaining accurate documentation of all account interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of six months' experience in a call center environment
  • PC experience in a Windows environment
  • Basic keyboarding skills
  • Previous sales or customer service experience
