A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Patient Communication Representative (Self-Pay).
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients regarding repayment of medical debt and provide customer service to resolve account balances
- Profile patients, obtain financial information, and negotiate payment arrangements
- Ensure compliance with client standards and federal regulations while maintaining accurate documentation of all account interactions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months' experience in a call center environment
- PC experience in a Windows environment
- Basic keyboarding skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience
