Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for all client projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Oversee client portfolio management, driving revenue retention and financial discipline
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in project or program management within SaaS, healthcare, or life sciences
• 10+ years managing large client portfolios with full P&L responsibility
• Experience leading organizations of 50+ personnel, including senior leaders and matrixed teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification highly preferred
