Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel - Employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on complex employment law issues across multiple jurisdictions
- Serve as the lead legal partner to HR on employee relations and performance management matters
- Manage employment disputes and provide training on employment law trends to internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 7+ years of relevant experience in employment law, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. and international labor and employment laws
- Ability to work across time zones and lead outside counsel effectively
