Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Engineering - Streaming Search.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers for the Streaming Search and Analytics Platform
• Shape the strategic vision for the platform's growth, focusing on performance optimization and query development
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of a streaming platform processing petabytes of data

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, preferably with distributed systems
• Strong technical background in scalable streaming systems design and operation
• Deep understanding of distributed system architecture and performance optimization
• Experience with strongly-typed, object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, C#)
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux environments and version control workflows like Git
