Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and manage deployment activities for IT asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Inventory Team for order processing and endpoint deployments
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of deployment inventory in the IT Asset Management System
- Participate in testing of endpoint software, hardware, and deployment processes, providing support across all locations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- Minimum 2 years of inventory experience
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Maximo, CA Service Desk)
- Experience with Windows 10
- Associate's degree
